The International 2018 Terms and Conditions

These The International 2018 Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governs the orders ("Orders") of The International 2018 Dota 2 Championship ("Event") Official Event Merchandise ("Event Merchandise") from Vanbase ("we" ,"us" ,or "Vanbase"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your order of any Event Merchandise. By submitting a order you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

 

Payment

You will be charged the full retail price of the Merchandise at the time of the Order

Shipping and Pick-Up

Due to Event policy, you acknowledge that all ship outs will be processed 1-2 business days after the conclusion of the Event. 

You understand that for the purpose of preventing fraud, you will be required to have and present the following to pick-up your order

• Order Confirmation or Pick-up Notice Email
• Photo ID

Return or Exchanges

You acknowledge that all Orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
