What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order on a product is placed when that item has not yet been released or is not currently in stock. By offering Pre-Orders, we allow customers to secure products before they are available.

When should I expect my order to be ready?

Estimated fulfillment dates can be found in the product description. Please note that this date refers to when it should be fulfilled to ship, and not when it will arrive to your mailing address.

You will receive a notification when your order is fulfilled and ready to be shipped out or picked up.

Kindly note that these dates are estimates, and sometimes it can take a bit longer to fulfill all of our Pre-Orders. Our fulfillment team works Monday - Friday (holidays excluded); orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Friday will not be processed until the following week.

How to I get my order once it is ready?

If you are getting your order delivered, you will receive an order confirmation message at the time of shipment with a tracking link to follow your package.

If you have selected Store Pick-Up, you will receive an order confirmation message that your order is ready to be picked up from the Canucks Team Store during operating hours.
