    Processing Times 

    Regular Orders

     At Vanbase, we strive to handle all orders within a reasonable time frame. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping conformation to the email address associated with your order, which will include a tracking number (if applicable). 

    For Concert Merchandise

    • Please note all concert and event merchandise is available to the venue the day of the show. Ship out orders will be processed 1-2 business days following the conclusion of the event at Rogers Arena.

       All concert and event pick-up orders will be available at time of doors for attendees at Section 113 on Level 100 of the concourse at the Canucks Team Store. Orders placed by non attendees will be available for pick-up the following business day.


    Order Tracking 

    Please check your tracking information before reaching out to us regarding your order. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our premises it is in the hands of the shipping company to be delivered promptly to the final destination. We do not have any information regarding the order once it has left besides the tracking page, therefor you must reach out to the shipping carrier for additional details. To track your order please refer to the shipping conformation email, and click the tracking link provided. Please note not all shipping services include a traceable number. If this is the case, please refer to our local and international delivery charts for an estimated time frame.

    My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package?

    In the rare case that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you still have not received it, you must contact the shipping company (Canada Post or FedEx) to inquire as to the whereabouts of your package. Once a package's status is updated as "delivered", there is nothing we can do as the sender in terms of locating it. Vanbase is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by Canada Post/ FedEx or theft at your destination, but we will do whatever we can to help in the event of a lost of stolen package. 

    Where do we ship to?

    Canada, United States, International.

    Shipping times and costs are provided by Canada Post upon checkout. Please refer to the charts below for a general reference. 

    Orders to the United States may be subject to customs or brokerage fees. Canucks Team Store/ is not responsible for reimbursement of these fees. 

    Local and International Shipping

    Additional shipping fees may be applicable for outlying regions in Canada and for international orders. All customs costs related to the package are the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise is subject to availability. All orders are sent via Canada Post.  Please note that we are unable to guarantee shipping within any particular date, and only provide these estimates as guidelines for your package delivery. Please refer to Canada Post’s Regional Information Chart for more information. For personalized jerseys, please add 10 days to the standard wait times.

    Shipping Restrictions (for Equipment and Memorabilia)

    Due to the nature of the objects, customer will be contacted to arrange further shipping method and options/ details. Shipping rates vary based on parcel size and weight.

    What taxes do we charge outside of Canada?

    For Canadian shipments, we only need to charge GST (5%) for out-of-province customers – please see chart below.

    For out-of-country customers, we are not required to collect GST or PST, provided the delivery of goods is outside of Canada.

    In-Store Pick Up 

    In-store pickup is available at checkout on, and you will be promptly notified via email when it is ready for pickup at our Canucks Team Store, located at:
